Could Anyone Speculate on the Euro in the Foreign Exchange Market? I am keen on entering into the foreign exchange business. I have read recently about the euro currency and how traders are affecting the future of nations such as Portugal who are currently in serious fiscal problems. Allegedly, when investors on the forex market place bets against a currency like EUR it may have a negative aftereffect on the total number of countries which utilize the eurozone single currency. I dont want Europe to land in hardship and would like to buy euro positions! Perhaps then I can help other traders to realise that Europe does have a future! But my experience of the currency exchange market is not very high.
Sterling Widens Loss on the Forex Market. Last week the pound was in good shape. After promising data regarding British economy were announced, sterling grew in strength against the dollar and the euro. But bad property market numbers led sterling to fall once more. Traders are still lacking in confidence around Britain, due to the severe deficit of the nation. Traders on the foreign exchange are still jumpy with regards to sterling and will likely stay that way until the national vote takes place in May. It is forecast that there wont be a clear winner which is also negative news for the nation.
