There are a couple of important points to remember if you would like to ensure that your ferret lives to a ripe old age. The first is making certain they get good nourishment and lots of clean water. Ferrets will need a high protein diet ideally with animal protein rather than vegetable protein. They also require frequent visits to a vet to guarantee they are in good shape and their shots are up to date. And the most significant point is to ensure they are part of a loving family and treated with kindness and love at all times.
